Terms of Service

Welcome to Kwiplo. By installing the extension or using api.kwiplo.com, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English — please read them.

1. What Kwiplo is

Kwiplo is an AI-assisted drafting tool for web pages, operated by NexoPrima. You can sign up for a free tier with no credit card, or upgrade to a paid tier for higher limits and better AI models.

2. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Don't share it.
• You must provide accurate info at signup. Misrepresenting who you are (e.g. impersonating someone) is grounds for termination.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is against these terms.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Kwiplo.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Kwiplo to:

• Generate spam, phishing messages, harassment, or threats.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
• Generate content that's illegal where you are or where the recipient is.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our API, scrape our service, or bypass tier limits.
• Create content that violates LinkedIn's, Gmail's, or any other platform's terms of service.
• Upload content to your knowledge base that you don't have the right to use.

If we detect abuse (via rate limiter logs, user reports, or manual review), we may throttle, suspend, or terminate your account without refund.

4. Tiers and billing

• Free tier: 20 drafts per day, 3 summaries per day. Free forever.
• Paid tiers (Pro, Team): monthly subscription, can be downgraded or canceled at any time — downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
• During beta, tier upgrades are processed manually via email. Self-serve Stripe checkout is coming.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice. If we do, and you don't want to continue, downgrade to Free before the change takes effect.
• Refunds: we don't do prorated refunds for partial months. If something goes catastrophically wrong on our end, email us and we'll make it right.

5. AI output is not guaranteed

Kwiplo uses large language models (Claude Haiku and Sonnet from Anthropic) to generate drafts. These models are probabilistic — they can produce:

• Factually incorrect statements
• Awkward or off-tone phrasing
• Content that doesn't match your intent

You are responsible for reviewing and editing every draft before sending it.Kwiplo is a tool that speeds up your writing — it doesn't replace your judgment.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. Kwiplo may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upstream provider issues (Anthropic, Voyage AI, Cloudflare), or bugs. We won't issue SLA credits during beta, but we will work to minimize downtime.

7. Intellectual property

• Your content stays yours. Prompts you write, documents you upload, drafts you generate — you own them.
• Kwiplo stays ours. The extension, backend, brand, and code are property of NexoPrima. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
• Feedback is gift. If you send us product feedback or bug reports, we can use them freely to improve Kwiplo.

8. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
• We may terminate your account for serious violations of these terms (abuse, fraud, attempts to compromise the service). We'll try to give notice where possible.
• On termination, we delete your account and associated data within 30 days (excluding data we're legally required to retain).

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Kwiplo is provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law — merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement. We don't warrant that Kwiplo will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexoPrima's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Kwiplo is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost opportunities, embarrassment from an AI draft you sent without reviewing, etc.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur unless otherwise required by your local law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active users at least 14 days before taking effect. If you keep using Kwiplo after the change, you accept the new terms. If you don't, cancel and delete your account before the change takes effect.
